Refund policy

At VELROAST, we stand by the quality of every coffee batch we roast. If you’re not completely satisfied, our 30-day return policy ensures you have time to request a return.

How to Return

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn (if applicable)
  • With all original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at faisel.h@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at faisel.h@gmail.com. We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans outside shelf life, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific product, reach out before purchasing.


Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original item following the steps above. Once approved, place a separate order for your preferred product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the standard return conditions above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
